"Great! Meko was there almost immediately to solve my lock problem. Following an investigation, the problem was more severe than at first thought so he told me he would be back the following day at 11am. He did just that and resolved what seemed like a complicated problem really quickly. He tidied up and cleaned up and despite two visits, his charges were extremely reasonable.
